Remote Health & Wellness Coach
Help older adults stay healthy, independent, and out of the hospital.
At EZ Health, we help underserved seniors navigate the healthcare system with real human support. This is a chance to do meaningful, relationship-driven work with people who truly need someone in their corner.
This is not a high-volume coaching job where you’re managing hundreds of people at once. You’ll work with a small client load (about 25 clients max) so you can build real relationships, provide thoughtful support, and make a visible difference in people’s lives.

You’ll be the person a senior turns to when they feel stuck, confused, or overwhelmed. You’ll help them navigate healthcare, access resources, solve problems, and feel supported along the way.

What you’ll do
• Build trusting relationships with seniors through warm, empathetic phone-based support
• Help clients feel less overwhelmed and more confident managing their health and care
• Explain Medicare, benefits, and available resources in simple, clear language
• Help coordinate appointments, referrals, transportation, meals, and community services
• Problem-solve when the usual system is confusing or not working
• Work with doctors’ offices, insurers, pharmacies, social services, and community organizations to unblock care
• Be a steady, reliable point of contact for clients who need both guidance and follow-through

• To communicate clearly and confidently, especially over the phone
• To be organized and able to keep track of multiple client needs
• To be comfortable learning new tools and technology
• To enjoy solving real-world problems and figuring things out
