SAP HR Consultant

Responsibilities
? Implement and configure SAP HR solutions to meet organizational needs related to recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee management.
? Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements and translate them into effective SAP HR configurations.
? Conduct system testing and validation of configurations to ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
? Provide training to end-users and support them in utilizing SAP HR functionalities effectively.
? Analyze HR processes and recommend best practices to enhance system efficiency and user satisfaction.
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR industry trends and SAP HR innovations to provide relevant insights to clients.
? Document configurations, processes, and user guides to support knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Proven experience as an SAP HR Consultant with a strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
? Familiarity with SAP HR modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Payroll.
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve HR challenges.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
? Experience in SAP HR system implementations and support activities.
? SAP HR certification is a plus.
