SAP Data Archiving expert with experience with Content server and ATTP - PART TIME
The position focuses on remote-based, expert-level support for SAP systems, especially related to data archiving, content management, and pharmaceutical compliance (via ATTP). The engineer supports global clients using SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and legacy 4.x systems.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues, particularly Data Archiving processes and integration with systems like Content Server and ATTP
ā¢ Provide functional and technical support across different SAP versions and landscapes (including Basis, J2EE, ABAP, NetWeaver)
ā¢ Work with clients daily to improve systems and processes
ā¢ Create scripts, implement best practices, and resolve data integrity issues
ā¢ Take ownership of specific client accounts and act as technical/functional advisor
ā¢ Contribute to a 24/7 global support team (may involve weekends and off-hours)
Technical Skill Highlights
ā¢ SAP Data Archiving configuration & administration (MUST-HAVE)
ā¢ Knowledge of SAP Content Server
ā¢ Exposure to SAP ATTP (very relevant for pharma clients)
ā¢ Broad SAP architecture knowledge: ECC, NetWeaver, Enterprise Portal, BW, HANA, J2EE, Web Dynpro, TREX
ā¢ Strong troubleshooting with tools: Configtool, SDM, Visual Admin, System Analyzer
ā¢ Experience with Solution Manager (SolMan) and ALM tools
ā¢ Working with various OS (AIX, Linux, Windows) and DBs (Oracle, HANA, DB2)
ā¢ Portal and middleware configuration, especially Single Sign-On (SSO), LDAP, SSL

Qualifications

ā¢ 10+ years in SAP (technical and functional), especially Basis, Middleware, Data Archiving
ā¢ SAP certifications are a plus
ā¢ Background in consulting or global/local SAP implementations is highly desirable
