Underwriter Assistant

They are seeking a diligent Underwriter Assistant to support the growth of various insurance portfolios while ensuring compliance and accuracy in policy processing and documentation. Responsibilities Handle the processing of policies, including data entry, policy issuance, endorsements, cancellations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements Prepare, review and organize documents, contracts, and reports related to policy and claims ensuring completeness and accuracy Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including underwriters, claims adjusters, and other departments to facilitate the exchange of information and ensure coordinated efforts To work within a plan of key performance indicators and meet headline targets of service for facultative reinsurance brokers in Miami, as well as in Latin America.
