Job Title: SAP BRIM Functional Consultant Location: San Jose, CA, USA (Onsite) Years of Experience: 7 10 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BRIM implementations, specializing in design and configuration. This role requires a deep understanding of various SAP modules and processes, particularly in subscription billing and order management. Responsibilities Lead and participate in SAP BRIM implementation projects, ensuring successful design and configuration. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure and customize SAP BRIM components, including Sales Order, Contract Management, and Product Catalogue. Manage the integration of SAP CRM with ECC/S4, ensuring seamless order management and billing processes. Oversee the quote to cash process for Subscription Order Management, including orders, quotes, contracts, and billing. Provide expertise in Subscription Billing, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and contract accounting (FICA). Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users to enhance their understanding of SAP BRIM functionalities. Stay updated with the latest SAP BRIM trends and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes. Mandatory Skills At least two implementations of SAP BRIM with a focus on design and configuration. Strong knowledge of Sales Order, Contract Management, Product Catalogue, and Cross Catalogue Mapping. Experience with Subscription Billing, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and contract accounting (FICA). Proficient in SAP CRM, including Order Management and integration with ECC/S4. Hands on experience with IPC pricing, CPQ, and Hybris Commerce. Configuration experience in SAP CRM or S/4 HANA SOM, particularly in Partner Management and Product Management. Experience in Advanced Variant Configuration and Pricing. Thorough understanding of quote to cash processes for Subscription Order Management.
