You will work closely with our team to maintain data integrity and confidentiality, while also contributing to the development and implementation of quality management (QM) initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to our organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Efficiently manage CVS data entry operations in a work-from-home setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts * Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality * Participate in the development and implementation of QM Work Plan exercises, including quality items and administrations * Conduct on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP * Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results * Help create remedial activity plans and track fulfillment of these plans * Create review tools for all populations and maintain information sections on all review tools * Participate in finishing bury rater reliability and scoring guidelines * Participate in QM meetings and contribute to the development of quality management initiatives **Essential Qualifications** * Four-year degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social work) * At least an extended period of experience in healthcare or social work * Ability to travel to supplier offices up to 80% of the time * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of expertise in Excel * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality **Preferred Qualifications** * RN or LPN clinical record QM evaluating experience or case management experience * High level of scrutiny and attention to detail * Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of expertise in Excel * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a member of our team, you will have access to a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: * Professional development and training programs * Opportunities for advancement and career growth * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance * Competitive compensation and benefits package **Work Environment and Company Culture** blithequark is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and success of our employees.
