This role demands a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality solutions. This is a fully remote, full-time position. Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. • Collaborate with agile and product teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services. • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, and workflows. • Develop and maintain custom Salesforce integrations with other enterprise applications. • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and other enterprise platforms through APIs. • Optimize and troubleshoot existing Salesforce implementations to enhance system performance. • Ensure Salesforce solutions are aligned with best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability. • Participate actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives within an agile framework. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer across teams. • Collaborate with stakeholders to support Service Cloud features and ensure smooth customer service operations. • Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code, adhering to Salesforce best practices. • Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and stability. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Qualifactions & Skills Educational Background Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered a plus. Preferred Certifications • Salesforce Certified Administrator • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant-time Experience • Must be a U.S Citizen or Green Card Holder. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. • 3-6 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience. • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Lightning. • Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration. • Strong knowledge of Service Cloud features and best practices. • Familiarity with CI/CD practices, version control tools (e.g., Git), and Salesforce DX. • Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs and web services for system integration. • Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross‑functional product teams. • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform limits, governor limits, and performance optimization techniques. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system bugs and performance issues quickly. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Technological Proficiency • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Familiarity with modern programming languages and web technologies. • Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira, Slack, and Confluence. • Previous experience in healthcare, finance, or government sectors is advantageous.
