Position Overview:
ā¢ Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
ā¢ Work Hours: Part-Time, Flexible (EST Hours)
ā¢ Location: Remote
Who we are looking for:
We are a performance-driven digital marketing agency looking for a results-oriented SDR who is proactive, target-driven, and focused on generating new leads through outbound prospecting and phone calls to book qualified appointments for our sales team.
This is a performance-based role where success is measured by the number of qualified/booked meetings and revenue contribution, not just activity.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Identify, research, and build your own lead lists (LinkedIn, social media, Boolean search, etc.)
ā¢ Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new opportunities
ā¢ Reactivate old leads from the CRM and convert them into qualified meetings
ā¢ Conduct qualification calls for all booked meetings (from any source)
ā¢ Qualify prospects based on need, budget, decision-making authority, and growth intent
ā¢ Book meetings with qualified decision-makers for the sales team
ā¢ Maintain accurate CRM records, including activity tracking and detailed notes
ā¢ Complete qualification checklist for every booked meeting
ā¢ Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the pipeline
ā¢ Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality, objections, and campaign effectiveness
ā¢ Meet and exceed monthly qualified meeting targets
Requirements
ā¢ 1ā3+ years of experience in SDR, lead generation, or appointment setting (preferably in digital marketing or B2B services)
ā¢ Experience working with home service businesses or similar industries is strongly preferred
ā¢ Strong cold calling, email outreach, and prospecting skills
ā¢ Experience building lead lists and sourcing prospects independently
ā¢ Confident communication and objection-handling abilities
ā¢ Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.)
ā¢ Candidates must provide evidence of past performance (e.g., meetings booked per month, conversion rates, CRM data, or similar metrics).
ā¢ Target-driven mindset with proven results (meetings booked, conversion rates, or similar metrics)
ā¢ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and process compliance
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
ā¢ Daily outreach activity (calls/emails/LinkedIn)
ā¢ Number of qualified meetings booked per month
ā¢ Lead-to-meeting conversion rate
ā¢ Revenue contribution from booked appointments
Compensation
ā¢ Base: $600 month
ā¢ Primary Earnings (Per Qualified Meeting):
ā¢ Cold-sourced qualified meeting: $250
ā¢ Old lead qualified meeting: $150
ā¢ Commission (Performance Bonus):
ā¢ 2% of total contract value
ā¢ Applies to deals ā„ $46,000
ā¢ Paid monthly as revenue is collected
ā¢ Earning Potential (High Performers)
ā¢ 10 qualified meetings: $2,500
ā¢ 15 qualified meetings: $3,750
ā¢ + 1 ongoing sale (commission): ~$1,000 ($85/mo.)
ā¢ + Base: $600
ā¢ Estimated Monthly Range: $3,000 ā $4,500+
