About the Role We're seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in system integrations and Health Cloud configuration. You'll design and build secure integrations to EHRs and healthcare platforms, configure Health Cloud capabilities (Care Programs, Patient/Provider management, Assessments), and develop scalable components using Apex/LWC/Flows. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain integrations with Health Cloud and thirdparty systems. Ensure security & compliance (HIPAA, PHI/PII), OAuth 2.0/JWT, profiles/permissions/sharing. Optimize data quality and performance (SOQL, indexing, integration patterns). Collaborate with product, clinical ops, and IT to deliver highquality features and documentation. What You'll Need 3 7 years on Salesforce; 3+ years focused on integrations; 1+ year handson with Health Cloud. Configure and extend Salesforce Health Cloud: Care Plans, Care Team, Patient & Provider data models, Assessments, Utilization Management, Consent. Develop Apex classes, triggers, test methods; build LWC/Flow automation following best practices. Understanding of healthcare data models and HIPAA compliance.
