Salesforce Developer & Administrator (Certified)

As our business scales, so does our need for a rock-solid Salesforce environment. We’re looking for a certified Salesforce Developer/Admin hybrid who can own and evolve our Salesforce instance with precision and purpose. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary admin and developer for our Salesforce org Design and build custom objects, flows, Apex classes, triggers, and integrations Optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and any connected apps Implement and manage automations, validation rules, page layouts, and permission sets Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Support, Ops, Execs) to streamline and document workflows Maintain data integrity, security controls, and audit readiness Build reports and dashboards for operational and strategic insights ✅ Requirements Salesforce Admin and/or Platform Developer I certification 3+ years experience administering and developing on the Salesforce platform Strong experience with Apex, Flow Builder, Lightning Components, and SOQL Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation tools (flows, process builder, approval processes) Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Bonus: Experience with integrations (HubSpot, Jira, Okta, QuickBooks, etc.) Apply tot his job
