Ecommerce Marketplace Manager

About the Role We are a fast-paced, high-growth eCommerce company seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Ecommerce Marketplace Manager to help us scale across multiple online platforms. You will be responsible for loading and managing product listings across marketplaces such as, Walmart, Wayfair, Target, and others. You’ll need to work quickly and accurately using spreadsheets and bulk-upload tools. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, fluent in English, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage and upload products in bulk across various ecommerce marketplaces • Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and aligned with platform standards • Work with internal teams to gather product information, assets, and pricing • Use Excel/Google Sheets and platform tools for bulk uploads and data updates • Identify and fix listing errors or compliance issues quickly • Track upload progress and maintain organized documentation • Communicate effectively with team members in real-time during EST working hours Requirements • Experience in ecommerce marketplace management (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort with bulk upload templates • High attention to detail and ability to work quickly under tight deadlines • Clear English communication skills, both written and spoken • Ability to follow processes and suggest improvements when needed • Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8am to 4pm EST (New York time) • Reliable internet and professional work setup Growth Opportunities • As you show strong performance, you will be given the opportunity to lead others, manage a team, and grow your compensation accordingly. • You’ll be joining a dynamic company with the chance to make a big impact and build your career in ecommerce operations.
