Salesforce Developer (Accept OPT/CPT/H1) Location: Austin, TX (Initial Remote) Duration : 12 Months We're seeking a passionate Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. You'll leverage the Salesforce platform to create custom applications, workflows, and automations that enhance our sales, marketing, and customer service operations. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce. Extend Salesforce functionality using custom objects, fields, triggers, workflows, and processes. Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs to streamline data flow. Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and application stability. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Document technical specifications and user guides for developed applications. Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices. Qualifications: 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a proven track record of success. Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionalities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.). Proficiency in Salesforce development languages: Apex, Visualforce (VF), and Lightning Web Components (LWC) preferred. Experience with Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Relationship Manager (SOQL). Familiarity with Salesforce testing frameworks (e.g., Salesforce DX).
