The Salesforce Consulting Staff is responsible for developing technical solutions that exceed client expectations, anticipate business needs and simplify processes. In addition to accurate technical development and innovative solution design, this position is responsible for leading client calls to discover requirements and review technical development, creating daily and weekly client touch points, client training and building custom reports. Responsibilities: • Assist with building architecture (objects, fields, page layouts) and automation (workflow rules, process builders, approval processes) on the Salesforce platform • Assist with building declarative components (Apps, Lightning Pages) in Salesforce Lightening • Help create on-record analytics (roll up fields, formula fields, record-level reports) in Salesforce • Configure the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) objects, custom settings and account model • Install and configure applications from the Salesforce AppExchange such as email, social media, financial management, online payment, SMS, and form building applications. Install and configure proprietary applications as needed • Comprehend defined appropriate data model and system architecture from business requirements for defined deliverables • Draft comprehensive technical documentation appropriate for both engineering and clients. This includes documentation mapping detailed (field level) data flows • Draft written recommendations, outlining multiple solution designs and considerations for each. Discuss data model considerations internally and with clients Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 1 year relevant experience with Management or Technology Consulting experience preferred. Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 201) required • Near proficient in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Data Loader and/or DemandTools • Certified Salesforce Cloud Consultant and Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Admin 301) preferred • Experience implementing databases and building custom applications on the salesforce platform • Experience assisting with building simple decision models from complex logic requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint) with fluency in Excel and Google Sheets • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5% Moss Adams is an Equal Opportunity Employer as to all protected groups, including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
