Salesforce Admin - Hybrid in PA
Hybrid role. Locals with in 30 Miles radius. Role Overview We're looking for a proactive Salesforce Platform Administrator who can keep our CRM running at peak performance while delivering enhancements that improve business processes and data quality. This role combines system configuration, integration management, and user support to help teams leverage Salesforce more effectively. What You'll Do • Oversee user management, including profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies. • Configure and refine custom objects, fields, page layouts, and business rules. • Build dynamic reports, interactive dashboards, and custom visualizations for stakeholders. • Design, implement, and maintain Flows, Approval Processes, and automation logic. • Maintain data integrity, enforce compliance with GDPR/CCPA, and uphold security standards. • Coordinate integrations with ERP, marketing automation, and other connected platforms. • Serve as the go-to resource for troubleshooting issues and providing user training. What You Bring • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, ideally in a fast-paced or multi-department environment. • Proven ability to work with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. • Strong data management skills, including imports, exports, and advanced SOQL queries. • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or higher credential. Bonus: Experience with additional Salesforce certifications or platform specializations.
