Position Summary
This individual would assist brokers with the contracting/certification process, enrollments, answer specific product questions and assist with escalated issues. This role would report to the Broker Service Department in MSO but be dedicated to the appropriate market.

Candidate must reside in one of the states below as position is for specific market support.

Great Lakes Market (WFH – MI,IN,WI,IL)
• Training: 8 weeks
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm CST

Required Qualifications
• Will travel to broker meetings upon request (up to 25%).
• Health insurance related experience, supporting Brokers 2-3 years is REQUIRED.
• Medicare Advantage experience.
• Data entry experience.
• Microsoft office applications experience.
• Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License is desired (must license within 6 months if there is no license at time of hire).

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a production environment.
• Customer Service experiences in a transaction based.

Education
• The highest level of education desired is Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$18.50 - $38.82

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
