You will: • Lead the design and development of complex software systems, ensuring scalability and maintainability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.• Work with executive leadership to refine product requirements and establish delivery milestones. • Use AI technologies both in SW development and also in applications. • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering skill growth. • Research emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and enhance development processes. • Understand and design workflows that interact with internal and external Third Party Systems. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and API documentation.• Be hands-on and ready to lead troubleshooting and debugging efforts of intricate software issues. • Contribute to the architectural decisions of projects, ensuring alignment with long-term goals. • Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features, delivering high-quality software on time. • Collaborate with executive leadership to deliver solutions consistent with long-term goals and vision.
