Learn more about it here.THE OPPORTUNITYIn this position you will sit in the Revenue Strategy & Operations organization. This team is responsible for understanding, structuring, providing visibility and insights on Revenue performance so all the Revenue org can make better data-driven decisions. As a Sales Strategy and Performance Sr. Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying and solving complex business problems. You will leverage your analytical skills to gather and interpret data, develop insightful recommendations, and communicate your findings effectively to both internal teams, Revenue Leaders and other client stakeholders.YOUR IMPACTProblem Solving: work to identify and address specific client challenges. Gather and analyze information, formulate hypotheses, and develop recommendations for improvement;Data Analysis: collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources and use this data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform their recommendations;Presentation and Communication: create simple (ppt or word) documents to communicate their findings and recommendations to clients.
