In this role, youll set high-value conversations for our Closer team by engaging warm prospects interested in our business coaching. Our Sales Setters have dynamic conversations and connect with each prospects unique needs. Your role will focus on building trust quickly and guiding clients to the next steps that can change their lives.

Responsibilities:
? Conduct high-volume outreach (110-130+ outbound dials per day) to warm leads who are interested in business coaching
? Build rapport and spark excitement quickly, guiding prospects through the discovery phase to a booked call with our Closer team
? Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up with past prospects to reignite interest
? Keep current on Mastermind.coms product offerings and industry trends to educate clients effectively
? Deliver a best-in-class client experience with every interaction, aiming to exceed monthly KPIs
Requirements:
? A Hunger and Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others
? Prior setting or sales experience, ideally in appointment setting or outbound calling
? A sales-driven mindset with the ability to engage clients in a personable, non-scripted style
? Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
? Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and detail orientation
? Proficiency with social media and CRM tools is a plus
? Career-oriented with a commitment to excellence and growth
? Flexible availability, including some weekends, evenings, and mornings as needed
