Job Responsibilities
• Utilize agency lead software to match with clients seeking to secure their families needs
• Review client qualifications and resources to learn how to best serve them
• Maintain knowledge on most up to date product offerings available to meet your clients needs
• Offer expert recommendations and solutions to best meet your clients needs
• Help clients plan their financial future & retirement
• Add value to our team by continuing to sharpen your skills in the financial industry with ongoing training
Position Qualifications & Requirements
• Must be willing to obtain your State Life & Health Insurance License if you do not already have one
• Must be authorized to work in the US, no work visas will be offered at this time
• Must be motivated, determined, & coachable
• Must possess an entrepreneurial mindset with desire for business autonomy

Compensation & Benefits
• Uncapped commission only + bonus position (no minimum or maximum sales quota)
