Key Responsibilities

• Assess customer needs and present tailored Action2Call solutions that highlight the significance of prompt customer engagement.
• Leverage market research to uncover potential sales avenues in diverse industries such as home services, legal, and real estate.
• Exhibit a profound understanding of Action2Call’s AI services and convey their advantages effectively to prospective clients.
• Maintain precise records of sales activities utilizing CRM software.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide insights on customer preferences and market trends to enhance our services and offerings.
• Engage in continuous training sessions to amplify both technical sales expertise and product knowledge.

Required Skills
• Proven experience in sales or a related field is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with industries such as plumbing, HVAC, real estate, or legal services is an asset.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
