Employees must reside in, and work from, one of the above approved states.The opportunityAs a Reviewer, working part-time, you will evaluate student project submissions using a pre-existing rubric designed specifically for each project. Along with the rubric evaluation, you'll provide feedback that is specific, applicable, and supportive addressing any areas of the project that require improvement and resubmission to demonstrate mastery. You will encourage students to ask questions. Additionally, Reviewers work with the deans, participate in group meetings, and sometimes work in virtual teams with peers on special projects.This is a remote position.What you'll do:Use rubrics and supplemental information to provide fair and evaluations with encouraging, specific, and feedbackMaintain an in-depth knowledge of every component of curriculum within assigned workloadSwiftly respond to student outreach and return evaluations to students within 48 hours of submission or program expectationsorWork with Associate Deans to provide proactive outreach to students in need of academic assistanceCheck SNHU email each working day before beginning evaluationsLog work hours in university systemJoin Reviewer online communityAttend video and telephone meetings with manager and other team membersSupport academic integrity validation and processing potential violationsParticipate in quality assurance processes and project improvement activitiesProtect student privacyWhat we're looking for:Masters in Finance with CFP or CFA CertificationDemonstrated experience in competency-based educationOnline teaching experienceLI-RemoteWe believe real innovation comes from inclusion - where different experiences, perspectives and talents are celebrated. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
