We are hiring dynamic individuals with educational expertise and a flair for sales to join as Customer Success Associates (Night Shift). This role blends customer support, problem-solving, and sales strategies to enhance user experiences, drive growth, and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and tutors by understanding and addressing their needs.
Ā Resolve inquiries and technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Ā Provide insights on curriculum, track student progress, and support educational outcomes.
Ā Proactively renew subscriptions, upsell services, and boost customer engagement.
Ā Drive customer loyalty and retention through outstanding service.
Ā Gather and share feedback to improve platform features and processes.
What We're Looking For:
Ā 3+ years of experience in education, sales, or customer support.
Ā Background in IGCSE, GCSE, IB, or CCS curricula is an advantage.
Ā Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ā Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate online platforms efficiently.
Ā A results-driven mindset and willingness to work night shifts.
