Sales Representative-Mandarin required
Salary: $2500 per month + 80% commission fee + $1000 signing bonus in the first six months
Responsibilities:
This role is crucial in expanding the adoption of restaurant technology solutions by building strong relationships and driving sales within the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Ā Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to grow sales.
Ā Engage in both inside and outside sales efforts to achieve targeted revenue goals.
Ā Conduct sales calls to upsell and cross-sell services.
Ā Identify and pursue potential leads, including attending trade shows to expand market presence.
Ā Analyze and report on market trends, including pricing, competition, and customer needs.
Ā Provide technical support, assist with testing, and facilitate client onboarding.
Ā Work closely with Channel Sales and IT teams to deliver optimal service to clients.
Ā Support strategic business development initiatives to enhance sales performance.
Ā Negotiate and manage the sales process from initial engagement through contract execution and implementation.
Ā Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline data in Salesforce.
Ā Represent the company professionally through timely and thorough client interactions.
Qualifications:
Ā Experience managing high-volume sales cycles.
Ā Strong ability to build and leverage internal partnerships.
Ā 2+ years of experience in software, restaurant equipment sales, or the credit card processing industry.
Ā Previous experience in a start-up environment is preferred.
Ā Ability to work occasional weekends.
Ā Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Ā Excellent presentation, communication, and time management skills.
Ā Willingness to travel as needed.
Ā Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required.
