Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the laboratory or related sectors, and will be instrumental in driving new client acquisition and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Promote our laboratory services to generate new business opportunities and meet monthly sales targets.
Client Engagement: Listen to and understand clients' needs, aligning our services to meet their business requirements.
Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and care.
Sales Excellence: Embrace and contribute to a culture of sales excellence by participating in training programs and providing customer support.
Autonomous Work: Manage your time effectively while working independently to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications:
Experience: Preferred established book of business and at least 2+ years of experience in laboratory sales or a similar field.
Shadow Box Experience: Preferred, but not required.
Skills: Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
Motivation: Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of success in sales.
