Job Summary Medline Industries, Inc. has an immediate opening for a ReNewal Sales Specialist primarily covering AL/GA/ East MS. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a desire to work for a fast-paced, large corporate organization. This position requires the ability to assimilate and deliver a high level of technical information as it relates Medline surgical and medical devices. Healthcare personnel called on include but are not limited to surgeons, OR directors and managers. The position reports to the Regional Sales Manager. Job Description What is Medline ReNewal? Medline ReNewal restores single use medical devices to their original quality, functionality and sterility, while following rigorous standards and processes regulated by the FDA. As a leader in medical device reprocessing, we seek to exceed expectations by following the highest safety and performance standards while delivering up to 50% in supply savings compared to purchasing new. Each device is given a safety warranty and 99.99% quality rating to deliver optimal care—cost-effectively and with less waste. Watch this quick video to learn more: Responsibilities: Growing and developing an assigned territory calling on surgeons in their offices and in hospital operating room setting. Making new calls on a daily basis to develop new customers. Working with surgeons to demonstrate product. Preparing and delivering quotations for product. Developing long-term relationships with customer base and with full line sales people. Preparing and maintaining a territory plan. Training and learning new items to present to surgeons and explain the medical and fiscal benefits . Requirements: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience demonstrating a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales experience Relevant Work Experience Presenting Medline's medical devices and other surgical products Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment Ability to present multiple product lines Excellent communication and organizational skills Computer proficiency especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Due to the nature of an outside sales representative position, the ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on-site is required. The anticipated compensation for this position includes $60,000 - $70,000 in guaranteed base salary, with additional commission ranging between $25,000 - $35,000. This role is bonus eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
