What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for exempt sales positions across the nation
- Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and job specifications
- Utilize various recruiting sources to maintain a pipeline of quality passive candidates
- Screen resumes and guide candidates through the hiring process, including interview preparation and offer negotiation
- Ensure compliance with current legal standards in recruiting practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for exempt sales roles, preferably in the construction or operations industries
- Strong knowledge of job boards, sourcing tools, and candidate messaging platforms
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
- Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, video, email, in-person)
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or a related field preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing recruitment strategies
- Advanced knowledge of productivity software and database management
- Ability to travel when required (less than 10%)
