Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is driven by results, thrives on building new relationships, and is eager to grow within the fast-paced world of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social platforms to identify and qualify new business opportunities. You will have access to directories to help generate new prospective clients.
β€’ Develop relationships with Media Planners, Media Buyers, Traditional List Brokers, and Marketing Managers across a variety of industries.
β€’ Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team.
β€’ Promote and educate prospects on our acquisition-based email marketing services and retargeting display ad solutions.
β€’ Maintain and update CRM records, sales activity logs, and pipeline reports.
β€’ Collaborate with the Account Management and Marketing teams to tailor outreach strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
β€’ Stay informed on industry trends, digital advertising innovations, and competitor activity to help position eTargetMedia effectively in the market.

Requirements
β€’ 1–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in online or direct email marketing.
β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
β€’ Strong phone presence and comfort making dozens of calls daily.
β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and general CRM systems.
β€’ Highly organized, Internet savvy, and a proactive self-starter.
β€’ Creative thinker with a passion for solving problems and delivering value to prospects.
β€’ Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets in a metrics-driven environment.
