Sales Operations Analyst Intern
About the position We are seeking a Sales Operations Business Analyst to join the Global Sales Operation Team. The Analyst will be the primary contact, providing comprehensive support and overseeing analysis and administration for the Sales & Business Operations units assigned to them. A successful candidate will build a strong relationship with Business & Sales Operations and manage their responsibilities with timeliness, accuracy, and diplomacy. The Sales Operations Analyst will be working alongside talented IT, Sales and Business professionals on a global scale helping us to enhance and automate the reporting tools and processes starting with the sales representative all the way to executive level.Responsibilities • Responsible for the ongoing validation and correctness of bookings for the assigned units. • Understanding the data structure of the unit, the booking plans, and the results. • Building meaningful relationship with main stakeholders within their unit and serve as main focal point for the unit's sales organization. • Participating leading several global tasks for the entire team. • Providing ongoing support and resolve booking related inquiries and exceptions with the business operations teams.• Helping streamline, automate, and improve end-to-end booking processes. • Providing world-class customer service to our Business Operations & Sales Organization. • Supporting ad hoc projects and report requests as needed.
