OverviewKemin Animal Nutrition and Health is searching for a Sales Manager Monogastric for the DACH region based out of Germany. As a Sales Manager Monogastric DACH, you will be responsible for achieving the budgeted sales and gross margin for the respective area. You will collaborate with relevant departments to support sales growth and deliver value to customers. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans for key customers, establishing relationships at all levels of the customers’ organization, and delivering technical sales presentations on Kemin products/services. We provide product solutions and options to customers in more than 120 countries.A privately held, family-owned and operated company, Kemin has more than 3,000 global employees and operates in 90 countries including manufacturing facilities in Belgium, Brazil, China, India, Italy, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, and the United States.ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Manager Monogastric DACH, you would have a wide range of responsibilities such as:Identifying prospective customers and visiting prospects and existing customers.Authoring and executing strategic plans for key customers.Establishing relationships with individuals at all levels of the customers’ organization.Designing and delivering technical sales presentations on Kemin products/services.Developing, maintaining and improving sufficient customer sales projects to achieve sales growthAchieving consistent growth in sales and gross margin within each of the assigned accounts, in accordance with yearly sales budgets.Attending industry tradeshows, conferences, and events.Supporting and writing local advertising opportunities.Traveling as required for the role, depending on the needs of the business.QualificationsUniversity degree in agriculture or equivalent by experience in the Monogastric industry.Ability to create and present technical and commercial presentations to different stakeholders.Driven by Sales, people and animals. Experience in the monogastric segment of the market with a strong background in Poultry additives/ nutrition / animals. Knowledge of the DACH region market Prior experience in managing sales projects to a successful completion.A high degree of energy and personal motivation, demonstrated project and time management skills, and strong interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills.Ability to travel as business requires What’s in it for you:A challenging opportunity in a culture of innovation and science.
