- Develop effective sales enablement practices for Retail colleagues and partners, including Wealth, PCRM, and Deposits
- Create and provide resources to branch colleagues to enhance customer engagement
- Support critical Retail initiatives such as Portfolio Mindset and Customer First
- Monitor the adoption and continuous improvement of sales practices to meet business needs
- Ensure colleagues are informed of process changes and marketing promotions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Retail banking, specifically in strategy or development roles
- Proven experience managing and executing initiatives
- Strong acumen in Wealth and Deposits
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence others
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint and Teams

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
