Sales Manager B2B Hospitality (Cebu-Based, Remote Start)

As part of our global growth strategy, we are establishing our first Sales Team in Cebu and we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the charge.
Position Summary:
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a strategic, performance-driven Sales Manager with experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality or tech-enabled services space. Youll play a key role in building and leading our Cebu sales team, driving market expansion, and shaping our regional sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing B2B sales teamDevelop and execute sales strategies targeting hotel clients in international marketsMonitor KPIs and sales targets, providing regular performance reportsConduct sales calls and meetings with key prospects as neededWork closely with leadership and operations to align sales goals with company objectivesHelp shape training programs, sales scripts, and outreach strategies for the team
Requirements:
3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership roleStrong background in the hospitality, SaaS, or outsourced services industries is highly desirableProven ability to manage and grow sales pipelines, close deals, and hit revenue targetsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsComfortable with remote work tools and able to operate independently during the remote startup phaseMust be Cebu-based or willing to relocate (remote work possible to start)
