We are seeking a strategic and analytical Sales Incentive Compensation Senior Manager to lead the design, governance, and execution of commercial sales incentive programs that drive performance and fuel growth.This role partners closely with Commercial Leadership, Finance, HR, and Sales Operations to ensure compensation plans align with corporate objectives, motivate the field, and scale with business needs. ResponsibilitiesLead Incentive Strategy & DesignOwn enterprise-wide sales compensation strategyDesign incentive compensation plans, pay curves, accelerators, SPIFs, and performance metricsConduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to ensure ROI and cost alignmentDrive plan design and refinementsEnsure Governance & Operational ExcellenceOwn accurate commission calculations and timely payoutsEstablish controls, documentation, and compliance standardsLead dispute resolution and maintain plan transparencyPartner with Payroll, HR, and Finance on accruals and reportingDrive Analytics & Business ImpactDeliver executive-ready reporting on attainment, pay-for-performance alignment, and plan effectivenessForecast incentive compensation expense and analyze budget varianceIdentify trends, risks, and productivity opportunitiesBuild scalable dashboards and reporting toolsOptimize Systems & ProcessesEnhance incentive compensation systems and automationPartner cross-functionally to improve data integrity and reporting efficiencyLead process improvements that increase accuracy and reduce riskLead & InfluenceServe as the primary incentive compensation advisor to Commercial LeadershipPresent insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders QualificationsBachelors degree in finance, business, or related fields preferred8+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance, or Commercial Analytics3+ years of people leadership experienceProven success designing and administering complex sales compensation plansStrong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical expertiseDeep understanding of pay-for-performance principles and governanceExperience in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences preferredTechnical Skills: Advanced Excel, ICM Systems, Salesforce, BI tools (e.g., Looker/Tableau), SQL preferredPhysical RequirementsUse of equipment and tools necessary to perform essential job functionsEEOWe recognize that our people are our strength and the diverse talents they bring to our global workforce are directly linked to our success.
