What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell dental insurance products to medium and large-sized groups within the assigned territory
- Collaborate with potential customers to negotiate and reach mutually beneficial sales agreements
- Strengthen relationships with brokers and consultants while providing ongoing education about products and services
- Coordinate with internal personnel to address sales challenges and develop effective sales solutions
- Document sales activities, expenses, and customer feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of sales or account experience in the insurance industry or employee benefits
- At least 2 years of experience using MS Office software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Producer’s license for Accident & Health is required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of sales or account executive experience specifically in the dental insurance industry
- Bachelor’s degree
