This position directly contributes to the agency mission as it supports the effective operation of all divisions within the agency. In this role, you will provide timely and accurate support and assistance with agency budgeting processes while assuring that all agency and state requirements and standards are followed. Qualifications Candidates can gain the competencies required for the Budget Analyst 4 position through a combination of on-the-job experience, and specialized training, even without a formal degree.Education to experience equivalency (experience may be gained concurrently). • Associate's degree = 2 years • Bachelor's degree = 4 years • Master's degree = 5 years RequiredQualifications: Nine (9) years of combined relevant experience and education in budget development, execution and report development. Advanced Excel skills (create Pivot tables and charts, write formulas such as Vlookup, IF/Sumif).
