Sales Executive, FBO & Airport Solutions Sales (West Coast)

Key Responsibilities
Β Managing a multiple-state territory in the Western U.S consisting of existing FBO Partners and finding new airport opportunities while maximizing profit
Β Ensure WFS Contract Fuel, Retail & Rewards cards are the leading industry cards
Β Strive to make World Fuel the lead Contract Fuel Partner with participating FBOs and Major Networks within the United States
Β Promote WFS Aviation Software to all FBO Partners for direct processing and FBO accounting solutions
Β Regularly research and negotiate WFS pricing to ensure WFS is competitive at every FBO. Connect with every FBO that our clients fly to and identify new opportunities for growth in Contract Fuel, AVCARD, Rewards, Aviation Software, etc.
Β Work to develop our WFS FBO network and optimize the use of all WFS products and services
Β Enhance bulk value proposition in coordination with Bulk Sales Division through WFS product optimization
Β Maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations and/or negotiations
Β Achieve sales targets and goals as defined by management
Β Routinely perform prospecting and cold calls to uncover new airport opportunities or initial introductions to the FBO & Airport Solution Sales TeamΒs offerings

Β Self-Motivated
Β Ability to analyze information and seek opportunities based on analysis
Β People-oriented Β comfortable with public speaking and customer presentations
Β Sales oriented - Have an excellent understanding of effective negotiating skills with a focus on creating a win-win situation for our valued customers and our organization
Β Able to effectively multi-task
Β Intermediate technology knowledge level (PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, and video/conference calls)
Β Must live in the Western United States or in proximity to this region
Experience
Β Aviation professional with an extensive background and experience working with business and general aviation customers
Β Sales Experience Required
Β Charter Sales and/or FBO experience is beneficial
Education
Β Associate degree or some college
Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements
Β Remote working - Western United States
Β Travel within the US
Β The position will need to be within CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, and a close commute to a major airport as well.
Β Industry tradeshow attendances
Β Ability to travel a minimum of 1 week per month with a maximum of 2 weeks per month
