This role focuses on proactive outbound prospecting, identifying potential customers, and generating qualified sales opportunities for the Account Executive team.The ideal candidate thrives in a high-activity environment and is comfortable making 100–140 outbound calls per day, engaging prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn, and using social selling to build relationships with potential clients.Strong US English communication skills, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.ResponsibilitiesConduct 100–140 outbound calls daily to prospective customers in the US marketIdentify and qualify potential leads through outbound prospectingUse phone, email, and LinkedIn/social selling to engage decision-makersSchedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales teamResearch target companies and contacts to personalize outreachMaintain accurate records of activities and prospects in the CRMMeet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targetsCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategiesRequirementsProven experience as an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales representativeExperience handling high-volume outbound calling (100+ calls per day)Excellent spoken and written US English communication skillsStrong confidence speaking with US-based prospectsExperience with social selling and LinkedIn outreach preferredFamiliarity with CRM systems and sales toolsHighly organized, resilient, and goal-orientedAbility to work US hours from the PhilippinesStable internet connection and remote work setup
