Job Overview

We are excited to invite a driven and dynamic individual to join our team as an Inbound Sales Development Representative. This entry-level position is ideal for those looking to embark on a rewarding career in technology sales and customer relationship management. As the initial point of contact for prospective and existing clients, you will play a vital role in facilitating their sales journey by generating both inbound and outbound opportunities. Comprehensive training will be provided, along with distinct pathways for growth as you work towards becoming an esteemed software sales professional. This is a hybrid role based in Houston, TX, requiring on-site presence three days a week.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing prospects, guiding them through the sales experience.
• Address inbound customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Employ diverse outreach strategies, including phone and email, to proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify lead opportunities and coordinate follow-up appointments.
• Regularly communicate progress updates to sales leadership through weekly and monthly reporting.
• Utilize training to present customers with a comprehensive understanding of our software solutions.
• Foster and sustain relationships with prospects, clients, and internal teams.
• Cooperate closely with sales professionals and attend meetings to bolster ongoing sales initiatives.

Required Skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Strong organizational abilities, allowing for effective prioritization and focus adjustment based on team and business requirements.
• Sound understanding of workflow systems and their role in enhancing business processes.
• Experience in presenting to both small groups and individuals.
• Proficient time-management skills, capable of working independently and remaining motivated in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com is advantageous.

Qualifications
