Sales Development Representative Supporting the Middle East The SDR role requires a hunter-mentality and skills to follow up on incoming inquiries and perform independent prospecting. Experience conducting business over phone and professional proficiency in English are essential for success. Your goal will be to support our sales representatives in the Middle East region. Responsibilities Master our Black Duck® target market, business drivers and strategies to position Black Duck® products as a value-add solution Reach out to and follow up with respondents from a variety of marketing programs to qualify potential business applications Execute the necessary daily activities to meet your monthly goals Leverage all contacts to identify other prospects through referrals Identify sponsors and company goals to position Black Duck® appropriately Provide field sales representatives in the Middle East region with solid prospect background on role to ensure high-quality prospect transition into the sales process Skills and Qualifications Typically requires at least 1-2 year experience in similar role Excellent written communication is required, to a professional proficiency Interest in a high-tech sales career Proactive mentality and can work well in a high-growth, fast-paced environment Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Good problem-solving skills Team player with a customer-focused attitude Proven time management skills Previous experience in a software related enterprise is a plus Knowledge of salesforce.com is a plus You are a team player and FUN to work with!
