About the Team:
The position is located at Coloplast Sp. z o. o. in Warsaw, reporting directly to Marketing Manager DM BU Atos. About the Role:
As a Sales Coordinator – Distributor Markets, you will play a key role in driving growth across a diverse portfolio of international distributor markets, including regions in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Acting as a central point of contact you will support and strengthen relationships with our distributor partners while ensuring smooth commercial cooperation and alignment with our sales strategy. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate initiatives, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment and contributing directly to the success of our distributor network.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze sales performance by market and distributor, identifying areas for improvement
Achieve assigned sales target for the assigned markets
Serve as the primary point of contact for international distributors in assigned territories
Build and maintain strong business relationships through regular communication
Coordinate agreements, other necessary documents and order forecasts
Become product expert to help with product education, train distributor staff
Support distributors in planning and executing local sales and marketing initiatives
Handle day-to-day inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability and logistics
Gather market feedback, competitor information and distributor insights
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance, RA, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing, registration if needed and timely deliveries
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports (monthly, quarterly, etc.)


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Medical Education or a related field)
Min 2 years of experience in international sales coordination, export sales or distributor management
Experience in medical devices/ pharmaceutical company would be an asset
Fluency in English (additionally Spanish would be an advantage)
