College Admissions Coach (remote)
Were Winning Ivy Prep, a fast-growing company dedicated to helping students achieve their college dreams. Were looking for a passionate College Admissions Coach to mentor high school students (grades 9-12) and deliver personalized, top-tier admissions guidance. Based in Palo Alto, CA, we have a strong foothold in Northern California, but our reach is nationwide.
About the Role
As a College Admissions Coach, you will:
Guide students through every stage of the college application process.
Communicate with families, keeping them informed and aligned.
Help students (9th-11th grade) select majors and extracurriculars.
Support students in applying to extracurricular programs and colleges.
Keep students accountable and motivated.
Conduct online meetings with students and parents.
What Were Looking For
Education: Undergraduate or graduate degree from a top 25 US university (Ivy League, Stanford, MIT, etc.).
Experience: You are at least 2-3 years out of your undergrad or currently in a graduate program.
Availability: 10-15+ hours/week, with after-school availability (PST), preferably long-term commitment
Strong Communication Skills: Strong writing, speaking, and ability to connect with teens and parents.
Mission-Driven Approach: Passionate about education and mentorship.
