HERE’S THE GIST:

Our Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying prospects and cultivating new business for our 3 divisional recruiting and staffing companies under management. As an SC you will consult with employers about their open job needs and provide our consulting and recruiting solutions in order to help these employers hire the talent they are seeking.

As a Sales Consultant you will use our lead generation sources and company database to identify employers who may be potential customers of Luxus. In addition, you will engage with these companies in order to sell our employee placement services.

Job Title: Business Development Representative – Recruiting & Staffing Services

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: $28,000 yearly draw, with first-year earnings potential of $65,000-$75,000, second-year earnings potential of $90,000-$140,000, and third-year earnings potential of $140,000-$200,000 based on performance.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in the recruiting and staffing industry. This remote role is designed for a results-driven sales professional who has a proven track record in agency sales for staffing and recruiting services. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, with strong skills in lead generation, relationship building, and consultative selling to drive new business opportunities and achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in need of recruiting and staffing services.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach efforts.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and acting as a trusted advisor for their talent acquisition needs.
• Present and promote our company’s services to prospective clients, highlighting unique service offerings and demonstrating value.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of services.
• Track sales metrics, provide regular progress reports, and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to enhance the sales strategy.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience selling recruiting and staffing services for an agency.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong time-management and self-motivation skills.
• Comfortable with a $28,000 salary draw structure, with a clear track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
• Ability to meet and exceed income expectations, with potential for high earnings through commission and performance-based incentives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on consultative and solution-based selling.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual communication platforms.
