This role supports business development with travel agencies and partners, and is a great opportunity for someone looking to transition into the supplier side of travel.You don’t need to have deep experience in the travel trade—we’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and is motivated to grow in a fast-paced, advisor-facing role. Over time, you’ll build an understanding of the U.S. travel advisor landscape and play a key role in helping grow a channel that is expanding 30%+ year over year.This is a remote role that works closely with our trade marketing, delivery, and product teams.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESSales and Travel Advisor support Nurture strong relationships with both first-time and returning advisorsProvide expert guidance on our brand, product portfolio, and the destinations we serveAssist with booking, modifying, and managing orders efficientlyClient value maximization: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell thoughtfully, maintaining warmth and discretionEnsure accurate and timely transfer of essential client information to fulfillment teams, partners, and on-the-ground guidesBusiness Development supportCollects and raises roadblocks as neededAssists in agency and advisor registrationAssist with advisor toolkit managementHelp track KPIsParticipates meaningfully in team meetingsJoins project working groups or task forcesWorks cross-functionallyConsults in quarterly and annual planningProactively identify and escalate advisor and client pain points, collaborating across teams to continuously improve processes and serviceRequirementsHighly organized and comfortable working with a fast paced environmentProactive and able to take initiative in a supportive team environmentEligibility to work in the US during Eastern office hoursBasic understanding of the travel agency market in the U.S., including host agencies and consortia, preferredRelationships with travel advisors a plusPreferred systems experience:Google (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Meet, Gmail)HubSpotFrontSlackZoomGuruBasecampWHAT YOU’LL BRINGDemonstrated autonomous ownership: can triage, decide, and close loops without heavy supervision.
