The Sales Associate role involves generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, engaging with prospective customers, and collaborating with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth.ResponsibilitiesExecute targeted outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunitiesMaintain consistent activity levels: 300+ calls and 200+ emails per week - while focusing on quality conversations and qualified meetingsIdentify and engage prospects within both assigned and unassigned territories, uncovering new opportunities across the private markets spacePartner with your assigned Account Executives to develop territory strategies, share insights, and align outreach effortsUse LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI-driven prospecting platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to build and manage a clean, organized pipelineMonitor industry news, funding announcements, acquisitions, leadership changes, and other trigger events to identify timely outreach opportunitiesUse news alerts, research tools, and social signals to personalize outreach and connect with prospects when interest is highestSupport and attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to identify prospects and build relationshipsManage pre- and post-event outreach — including invitations, follow-ups, and lead nurturing to convert interest into meetingsDevelop a deep understanding of Juniper Square’s platform and the value it delivers to real estate private equity and other private market investorsConfidently articulate our value proposition to senior decision-makers and tailor messaging to their unique needsSkillsProven Cold Calling ExperienceDemonstrated success in a prior sales or business development role that involved daily/weekly calling and emailing KPIsClear and concise written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn SalesNav, etcA track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly quotasRelevant Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, etc.)Experience within the CRE industry preferredExperience attending industry events and driving interestExperience with designing and executing outbound campaignsExperience or strong interest in SaaS, real estate private equity, or financial services technologyBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision care for you and your familyLife insuranceMental wellness coverageFertility and growing family supportFlex Time Off in addition to company paid holidaysPaid family leave, medical leave, and bereavement leave policiesRetirement saving plansAllowance to customize your work and technology setup at homeAnnual professional development stipendCompany OverviewJuniper Square provides software and fund administration services that streamline collaboration and communication between GPs and LPs.
