What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contact potential prospects in the database to book tours for assigned communities through various communication methods
- Document all communications made or attempted with prospects in the database for effective management
- Meet and exceed goals and KPIs set by the Director of Harmony Outreach, including calls, emails, texts, and tours booked
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the sales team and community goals
- Balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high organizational standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
- At least 3 years of experience in a call center or sales environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales, cold calling, prospect/lead management, hospitality, or retail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative
- Understanding of processes and standards specific to senior services
