Enterprise Account Executive – EMEA (First Enterprise Hire)

This is a rare opportunity to play a foundational role in establishing LeanData’s enterprise go-to-market presence across EMEA, while selling a proven product with strong brand recognition and customer love.In this role, you’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle and work with sophisticated, high-growth companies across the region. You’ll partner closely with global GTM, Marketing, and Revenue teams, while helping shape how we sell, position, and win in EMEA. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in ownership, ambiguity, high impact and is confident in communicating the value of LeanData with AI.London based preferred.What you’ll be doingOwn and lead the full, end-to-end enterprise sales process across EMEABuild LeanData’s enterprise customer relationships in the region, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and C-level executivesCollaborate cross-functionally with Account Development, Marketing, and Revenue Enablement to build and progress pipelineProactively prospect and identify new, qualified enterprise opportunitiesPresent and demonstrate LeanData’s value to executive audiences, tailoring messaging to regional market needsConsistently achieve and exceed revenue targetsPlay a key role in shaping LeanData’s EMEA sales motion, feedback loops, and enterprise GTM strategyWhat we’re looking for5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally selling to enterprise customersProven track record of exceeding quota in a consultative or solution-selling environmentStrong understanding of enterprise sales processes, business value, and ROI-driven sellingSolid business acumen and knowledge of B2B sales and marketing strategiesExcellent communication and executive presenceHigh energy, strong work ethic, and a collaborative, team-first mindsetBonus points if you haveExperience selling SaaS solutionsExperience being an early sales hire or building a new territory/regionBackground in a high-growth or scaling technology companyFamiliarity with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation toolsExperience selling across EMEA markets.
