We are looking for a skilled, highly professional Real Estate Agent that embodies the spirit of the company. This position would be responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of investment property and would serve as a subject matter expert/investment specialist.
Location of Position: Detroit MI
Job Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, text.
• Educate agents on the market, compliance, and processes.
• Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale.
• Utilize computer technology to research available properties, as well as customers.
• Assist potential clients and agents with financial decisions concerning real estate.
• Resolve conflicts that arise during the purchase or sale of real estate property.
• Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact to the closing and beyond.
Requirements:
• Current real estate agent/broker license
• Strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality
• "Go getter" attitude
• Self-motivated, personable, and driven by personal achievement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in the real estate investment market
