Sales Account Executive, Legal Marketing

Summary of Position:The ideal candidate will have experience selling Digital Marketing Services into the Legal market. As a Sales Account Executive for the Legal vertical, you will work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team. You will possess a strong entrepreneurial drive, have a proven ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will excel at simplifying complex information, effectively communicate value propositions, and exceed sales targets. Position Responsibilities:Engage in sales prospecting: both digitally and through attending conferencesBuild relationships with law firms and help them reach their business goals through integrated and custom marketing plansIdentify prospective clients' needs and suggest custom solutions that highlight our unique value proposition from our competitorsFollow-up with prospects and leads, keep in touch with regular outreachMaintain an organized CRM and regularly update a sales pipelinePrepare for and attend networking conferencesMeet sales quotas and departmental goalsAssist with other sales-related tasks as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree required2+ years of full-cycle sales expertise in a fast-paced, high-volume digital marketing or SaaS setting, specifically targeting and closing contracts with attorneys and law firmsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills Proficiency in Google Docs and Google SheetsExperience with HubSpot CRM and managing sales pipelinesAbility to travel to conferences regularly (10-15 times per year)Understanding of digital marketing principles with a desire to expand knowledgeStrong presentation skillsMust be able to pursue and close new business and revenue streamsBenefitsWe've Got You Covered:EverService is proud to offer a variety of benefits to support employees and their families, including: 401(k) matching Commission Dental Insurance Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this position.
