WHY BECOME AN APPRENTICE?
Arrowhead Land Company is a rural real estate brokerage. We specialize in hunting properties, homes on acreage, ranches and everything in between. To put it simply, we help people buy and sell rural land.
WORK ENVIRONMENT - This isnt your typical office job. You will be spending time walking and photographing rural landscapes.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT - Part of being an apprentice is obtaining your real estate license and learning from some of the best rural real estate specialist in the industry.
COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION - Just like real estate professionals, your pay will be commission based. You can earn as much as you want or as little as you want. It all depends on your work ethic! Please note: You don't have to have your real estate license to begin the interview process but you MUST have your license secured prior to starting work. Federal laws will not allow a brokerage to pay compensation to someone who is not licensed.
