Robert Half is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support in a contract capacity as a Remote File Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing physical and digital files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for our team members. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, experience with Google and Adobe platforms and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
Must be located in CO!
Organize physical and digital files according to established filing systems
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all files
Retrieve and distribute files to team members as needed
Communicate professionally with internal and external partners
Assist with file maintenance and cleanup projects
Follow company policies and procedures regarding file management and confidentiality
