Part-Time Social Media VA for Natural Skincare Brand (Canva + Scheduling)

Location: Remote

Hours: ~6–10 per week

Pay: $150/month

Start: August 2025

Hi! I’m the founder of Naples Glow Co., a natural, beach-inspired skincare brand based in Florida. We’re launching soon, and I’m looking for a creative, organized Virtual Assistant to help me manage social media design, scheduling, and light content creation across a few platforms.

This is a part-time, long-term role with room to grow if we’re a good fit.

✅ Your Weekly Tasks :

Create 3 Canva graphics per week

(for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest – same post resized or adapted)

✍️ Write short captions + add hashtags

Schedule posts using Later, Meta Planner, or another tool

️ Create 1 short TikTok or Instagram Reel/week

(from product photos or short video clips I’ll provide – no need to show your face)

Pin 2–3 graphics to Pinterest/week (using Canva designs)

️ Optional: Light Shopify edits (upload new product photo or tweak description if needed)

X (formerly Twitter – 2–3 image reposts/week)

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have Canva experience (Canva Pro access provided)

Are familiar with Instagram, Pinterest, and short-form video trends

Write clean, simple captions in English

Are reliable, organized, and responsive

Love clean aesthetics and natural/beauty brands

Pay:

$150/month to start

Flexible schedule – I just need tasks completed weekly

Paid monthly via Wise, PayPal, or your preferred method
